Your Trusted Physical Health Specialist
My passion for pelvic health is both professional and deeply personal. Having navigated my own pelvic floor journey, I understand firsthand the physical, emotional, and social challenges that pelvic health conditions can create. My experiences inspired me to pursue advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation and fueled my commitment to helping others achieve the same healing, confidence, and quality of life that specialized pelvic therapy can provide. I believe that symptoms such as pelvic pain, urinary leakage, bowel dysfunction, pelvic pressure, and discomfort with intimacy should never be accepted as “just part of life.” My goal is to create a supportive and compassionate environment
where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their recovery. Using a whole- person approach, I combine evidence-based treatment, hands-on therapy, movement-based
rehabilitation, patient education, and individualized exercise programs to address the unique needs of each patient. I am passionate about helping individuals reduce pain, restore function, regain confidence in their bodies, and return to the activities they love so they can live healthier, more active, and fulfilling lives.
